ICLRD hosts spatial planning seminar in June in partnership with Co-operation Ireland’s All Island Local Authority Forum

The International Centre for Local and Regional Development (ICLRD), in partnership with Co-operation Ireland‘s All Island Local Authority Forum, hosted a seminar on The Role of Development and Area Plans in Economic Growth and Regeneration on Thursday, June 26, 2014 in the Armagh City Hotel. The seminar is part of a series of seminars examining the on-going reform of local government throughout both jurisdictions on the island of Ireland. The seminar was attended by more than 100 delegates from existing councils and the new super councils in Northern Ireland and newly structured local authorities in the Republic of Ireland, political representatives, academics and key figures from local and central government.
